Perfect location for us with plans in both Middlebury and Williston. All the rooms were perfect for our needs as a family with mixed ages. The unexpected touches of water bottles, chargers and chocolate mints at bedside were such a bonus. Truly enjoyed the front porch for lunch and relaxation.

We had a wonderful stay here! The home was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and it’s clear a lot of care has gone into the space. The property had a really peaceful atmosphere and was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. Everything was well organized, and communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout the stay. We really appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely recommend this place to others looking for a great stay in the area!

My son goes to Middlebury College , this was our weekend when all our kids come visit him . The place was perfect , kitchen had everything we could possibly need. House felt very “Vermont” authentic . Very clean, very comfy and plenty of space for all 8 of us. We will be back .

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, which we appreciated as we were celebrating with family. The large playroom was perfect entertainment for kids. The house had everything you could think of or need when traveling which is truly appreciated; stocked bathrooms, kitchen, refrigerator, cooking essentials etc. Tammie was a phenomenal host and we cannot wait to come back next holiday!

We feel like we won the lottery with this place! The views from the house and dock are gorgeous and the camp is beautiful. Tammie was so friendly and responsive and had so many thoughtful touches everywhere. Our family had so much fun kayaking, swimming and fishing. Fern Lake is a hidden gem. It was so peaceful there and the property feels very private. It is probably our favorite rental we have ever been to and I can't recommend it enough.

Wow, this place is such a gem! We were originally looking to stay on Lake Dunmore because I signed up for the triathlon there, but everything was booked and I found this special spot. Turned out to be perfect for us! Still super close to Branbury State Park, only about 5 to 10 minutes, but set in its own Private little oasis with woods on one side and sweet fern lake on the other side. Beautiful and quiet. Tammy thought of so many thoughtful touches to make our stay special, especially with kiddos. The play structure out front and all the toys were a bonus! I definitely recommend staying here if you can and we will for sure be back!

Every year this vacation rental provides a gorgeous home in a serene location with so much to do! You do not need to leave the house! Every amenity you could possibly need is provided! The hosts are super friendly and accommodating and we’ve already starting thinking about next year- which will be our fifth !

We had friends come to stay and we all had a nice time out on the water and at the campfire. It’s a really nice secluded little spot on the lake and the kids enjoyed all the toys.
